SOCIAL POLICY

As CİRAV GIDA company, in this policy,

Helping producers and workers achieve better working and living conditions for themselves and their families; promote equal treatment and respect for all, paying special attention to vulnerable groups such as immigrants, children, youth and women; It is aimed to strengthen the protection of human and labor rights on certified lands.

- Studies will be carried out on child labour, forced labour, discrimination and workplace violence and harassment, and a remote working life will be aimed on these issues,

- Everyone will be treated equally and will not be discriminated against, regardless of race, colour, gender, language, religion, political or any other distinction,

- The rights and personalities of all employees will be respected, verbal, physical or psychological harassment will not be allowed, and they will be treated equally and fairly,

- No one will be forced to work, and employees' legally guaranteed working hours, remuneration, overtime and social security rights will be protected,

- Complaints and suggestions from employees will be evaluated in accordance with the standard, and no discrimination or punishment will be allowed against the complainant,

- Employees will not be pressured to join or not join the union,

- Employees' human health and safety will always be prioritized, necessary precautions will be taken, risks will be identified and all necessary work will be carried out to eliminate the risks,

- As management, workers will not be subjected to discrimination or retaliation due to their past or current labor organization or union membership or activities, will not punish union members or worker representatives, will not interfere with the internal affairs of worker organizations and/or unions or the elections or membership-related duties of such organizations,

- We undertake that workers working in the enterprise are free to leave the scene of any danger without obtaining permission from the employer.
